Warranty Coverage
All Valenti Exclusive eyewear is covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty covers:
• Structural defects in frames
• Manufacturing faults in lenses
• Hardware issues such as hinges or screws caused by production defects
If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will assess the item and, at our discretion, provide a repair, replacement, or store credit.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches to lenses caused by use
• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
• Damage caused by improper care or storage
• Alterations or repairs made by third parties
• Loss or theft
