At Valenti Exclusive, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our eyewear. If something is not quite right, our team is here to assist you.
We offer a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must
• Be in the same condition as received
• Be undamaged
• Have the tampering sticker intact and untampered with
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Each customer is eligible for one replacement per item.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
Contact us immediately at concierge@valentiexclusive.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
In these cases, return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by Valenti Exclusive.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund
• Prescription lenses or prescription eyewear
• Items marked as final sale or sale items
• Gift cards
We offer direct exchanges for similar items, subject to approval.
If you would like to exchange your item for the same model, colour, or a closely related alternative, please contact us at concierge@valentiexclusive.com with your request.
Once approved
• A replacement order will be processed on your behalf
• Each item is eligible for one approved replacement only
All exchange requests are subject to inspection approval and product availability.
If an exchange is not approved or a different item is desired, a standard return and new purchase will be required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing occurs within 10 business days
Please note that payment providers and financial institutions may require additional time to finalise the transaction.

What we will cover
Shipping costs will only be covered by Valenti Exclusive if the return is due to
• A damaged item
• A defective item
• An incorrect item sent by us
What we won't cover
Returns or Exchanges that don't fall in the above category, these shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable international consumer protection laws.
